Terms & Conditions — 5777vip Platform Rules & User Agreement

To be eligible to open and maintain a 5777vip account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list — whether maintained by 5777vip or by any third-party responsible gambling organisation — at the time of account creation or any subsequent login.
• You have not previously had a 5777vip account closed for breach of these Terms, and you are not opening a second account to circumvent a prior account suspension or closure.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not opening or operating an account at the direction or for the benefit of any third party.

Age Verification Process: 5777vip conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request and may require verification at any earlier point at its sole discretion. Accepted verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of 5777vip's compliance team will be suspended and any balance held pending resolution.

Where 5777vip discovers that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of account registration or at the time any bet was placed, 5777vip reserves the right to void all bets placed by that account, withhold all winnings, and refund only the net deposits made to the account after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits received. 5777vip is not obligated to pay winnings generated on an account that was operated in breach of the age restriction.

All financial transactions on 5777vip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 5777vip does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments through any unapproved channel. Funds received through unapproved channels may be held, returned, or forfeited at the discretion of 5777vip's finance team.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 5777vip, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 5777vip account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the 5777vip account from which the withdrawal is requested. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before any withdrawal is processed, the account must have completed KYC verification and the originating deposit must have cleared all required wagering obligations (where applicable). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 2–6 hours for bKash and Nagad, and up to 1–3 business days for bank transfer withdrawals.

• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• 5777vip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request regardless of prior KYC status.
• Deposits that are later identified as fraudulent or charged back by the payment provider will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

As a condition of using the 5777vip platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive; 5777vip reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct not listed below constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Opening more than one account on the 5777vip platform for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, proceeds of fraud, or any other illegal source to make deposits on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit after that deposit has been used to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to place bets, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Accessing the platform from a blocked jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including allowing a third party to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals on your behalf.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 5777vip support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

Where 5777vip has reasonable grounds to suspect that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may suspend account access, withhold withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking any final action. 5777vip may also report suspected criminal activity — including fraud and money laundering — to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

The 5777vip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 5777vip makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free of technical errors, free of viruses, or that any specific game or service will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.

Game Outcomes: 5777vip shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any other loss arising from a technical malfunction, game error, server interruption, or connectivity failure during a game session. Where a verifiable technical error has caused a game to produce an incorrect result, 5777vip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated from a provably incorrect game outcome will not be paid.

Third-Party Services: 5777vip relies on third-party providers for game content (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processing (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), and network infrastructure. 5777vip is not liable for failures, delays, or errors originating from these third-party services, including delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment provider outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5777vip's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by proven gross negligence on the part of 5777vip.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 5777vip with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
